ÐÐ°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ ÑабоÑа поÑвÑÑена ÑазÑабоÑке дизелÑного двигаÑÐµÐ»Ñ Ð²Ð½ÑÑÑеннего ÑгоÑÐ°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾ÑноÑÑÑÑ 350 кÐÑ. Ð Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ вÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑабоÑÑ ÑаÑÑÑиÑанÑ: ÑабоÑий пÑоÑеÑÑ Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°ÑелÑ, ÑÐ¸Ð»Ñ Ð¸ моменÑÑ, возникаÑÑие в двигаÑеле, пÑоизведен анализ ÑÑавновеÑенноÑÑи и вÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ñ ÑаÑÑеÑÑ Ð¿ÑоÑноÑÑи коленÑаÑого вала, ÑаÑÑна и поÑÑневого палÑÑа. Ðа оÑновании ÑаÑÑеÑов ÑазÑабоÑÐ°Ð½Ñ Ð¿ÑодолÑнÑй и попеÑеÑнÑй ÑазÑÐµÐ·Ñ Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°ÑелÑ. ÐадаÑи, коÑоÑÑе ÑеÑалиÑÑ Ð² Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ иÑÑледованиÑ: 1. ÐÐ±Ð·Ð¾Ñ ÑенденÑий ÑазвиÑÐ¸Ñ ÑÑанÑпоÑÑнÑÑ Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñелей внÑÑÑеннего ÑгоÑÐ°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ вÑÐ±Ð¾Ñ Ð¿ÑоÑоÑипа Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿ÑоекÑиÑÑемого двигаÑелÑ. 2. РаÑÑÑÑ ÑабоÑего пÑоÑеÑÑа двигаÑÐµÐ»Ñ Ð¸ поÑÑÑоение индикаÑоÑной диагÑаммÑ. 3. РаÑÑÑÑ Ð½Ð°Ð³ÑÑзок на коÑеннÑе и ÑаÑÑннÑе Ñейки, и Ð¸Ñ ÑооÑвеÑÑÑвÑÑÑие подÑипники, поÑÑÑоение диагÑамм Толле, ÐÑикÑа, ÑазвÑÑнÑÑÑÑ Ð¸ векÑоÑнÑÑ Ð´Ð¸Ð°Ð³Ñамм давлений на коÑеннÑе и ÑаÑÑннÑе Ñейки коленÑаÑого вала, коÑеннÑе и ÑаÑÑннÑе подÑипники. 4. Ðнализ ÑÑавновеÑенноÑÑи двигаÑелÑ. 5. РаÑÑÑÑ Ð½Ð° пÑоÑноÑÑÑ ÐºÐ¾Ð»ÐµÐ½ÑаÑого вала, ÑаÑÑна и поÑÑневого палÑÑа. 6. РазÑабоÑка ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼ и ÑаÑÑÑÑ ÑиÑÑем двигаÑелÑ. 7. РаÑÑÑÑ ÑÑÑбокомпÑеÑÑÐ¾Ñ Ð ÑезÑлÑÑаÑе бÑл Ñоздан двигаÑÐµÐ»Ñ Ð¼Ð¾ÑноÑÑÑÑ 350 кÐÑ, ÑазÑабоÑÐ°Ð½Ñ ÑеÑÑежи и ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ ÑиÑÑем. The subject of the graduate qualification work is âTransport engine with a power of 350 kWâ. This work is dedicated to the development of diesel engine internal combustion engine capacity of 350 kW. In this work the working process of the engine, the forces and moments arising in the elements of the engine, the balance analysis, and the strength analysis of crankshaft, connecting rod and piston pin were calculated. Based on calculations, the longitudinal and cross plans of the engine were designed. There are tasks, that were solved during the study: 1. Overview of trends in the development of internal combustion transport engines and the choice of a prototype for the designed engine. 2. Calculation of the working process of the engine and the construction of an indicator diagram. 3. Calculation of loads on the main and connecting rod necks, and their corresponding bearings, construction of Tolle, Brix diagrams, expanded and vector pressure diagrams on the main and connecting rod necks of the crankshaft, main and connecting rod bearings. 4. Engine balance analysis. 5. Calculation of the strength of the crankshaft, connecting rod and piston pin. 6. Development of schemes and calculation of engine systems. 7. Calculation of the turbocharger. As a result, a 350 kW engine was created, drawings and diagrams of systems were developed. |
