Popis: The current state of the Ingoda River ecosystem is assessed. The orographic features, economic development, the structure of aquatic organism communities, and water quality allow the authors to substantiate the division of the river ecosystem into four areas for more sound water management. General estimation of the Ingoda water quality in different sites have shown that the river’s water is clearing its upper reaches, moderately polluted upstream of Chita, heavily polluted downstream of the city, and polluted downstream of Karymskaya Station.
