Popis: | An analog lock-in amplifier (LIA) designed to be used in portable sensing applications for high-resolution voltage/current detection is presented. Fully differential circuits for signal amplification and embedded high pass filtering were used in order to increase noise rejection reaching a CMRR at 100 kHz of 109 and 149 dB and low input-referred noise < 26 nV/Hz1/2 and < 7.8 pA/Hz1/2 for voltage and current detection, respectively. Besides, the wide frequency operation range (from 1 kHz to 7 MHz) and resolution of 260 nV and 100 pA of the system make it compatible with the operating range of an array of interdigitated electrodes with several application fields. |
