Popis:	The article describes a mediation project in Norway, carried out over several years and finished in 1992. The mediators were therapists belonging to the systemic family therapy tradition. After a brief summary of the legal background for divorce in Norway, the author examines fundamental values in mediation and then presents a detailed description of the themes for discussion and the work plan developed and used in this project.
