Graphic Plotting based on military use has been a hot issue in the aspect of real-time situation research. It plays a very important role in various military fields like operation command. In civil fields, especially in the public security industry, applications based on Police Graphic Symbol Standards starts late but progresses fast. With the maturing of its application in public secrity field, Graphic Plotting for Police needs to be further improved. This paper presents a way to express and transmit Police Graphic Plotting data with SVG technology, designs and develops a Police Graphic Symbol authoring tool and Graphic Symbol publishing software. The software has been verified to be a good solution to Graphic Plotting in public security field. |
