Popis: The article presents the results of the research on the consumer profile as a key factor affecting the willingness to use the shared mobility services such as carpooling or bikesharing. A research based on 265 respondents shows that the customers who are participating in shared mobility have a different customer profile than those who are using the traditional transport services. The Scale of Customer Motivations (SMK) was used to analyse the customer profile, and then, the Kruskal–Wallis ANOVA was used to verify the differences of the profiles of people who use carpooling as a driver, carpooling as a passenger and bikesharing services.
