Through force analysis of running roller for multi stage and double-action roller rotary pump, the force equilibrium equation about roller was established and the calculation formula of rotor slot profile was deduced for the first time. Using an actual design example, in accordance with the principle of sliding friction force to be a minimum, a optimal rotor slot angel was determined which can eliminate the dead volume, improve force condition of roller, and direct the direction for the future rotor slot profile optimization. |
