| Popis: | Fluorescent coumarins were synthesized with the objective of introducing a glucosamine part in the chemical structure, with either hydroxyl or acetyl functions. The photophysical behavior was studied in organic solvents with different polarity and viscosity. The location of the fluorescent coumarins in endothelial cells was studied using fluorescence microscopy imaging, especially with a 3-D CELLscan instrument. |
