Popis:	This paper proposes a categorization of Eve drum mnemonics drawing on the work of other writers and the author's own research. The background deals with the author's fieldwork studies, and is followed by a review of the work of other researchers. A catalogue is then presented, with a a consideration of some ways in which the mnemonics could be categorized. The final parts of the paper discuss implications of the work for music education and the need for further study in this area.
