| Popis: | An extensive series of irradiation tests have been carried out on HTGR spherical fuel elements and coated particle fuels. The effects of various designs and fabrication processes on the irradiation stabilities of the fuel elements have been determined. The behavior of the fuel elements and coated particle fuels under design basis accidents and severe accident conditions has been examined. |
