The article analyzes the changes and additions made to the current regulatory framework for medical and social expertise in 2019. The shortcomings of the amendments and additions are noted. Possible options for adjusting the current regulatory framework are proposed, aimed at facilitating the examination of citizens in the bureau of medical and social expertise. The functional responsibilities of the doctor for medical and social expertise are clarified. The need for a clear delineation of powers between medical organizations and medical and social examination institutions is indicated |
