The traditional automated operation and maintenance system focus on how to solve the manpower and efficiency problems in repetitive operation and maintenance. However, insufficient consideration is given to the analysis and processing of business intelligence in complex business scenarios such as multi-service interaction and multi-process association. This paper designs an integrated operation and maintenance platform based on Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps). The platform builds a multi-layer operation and maintenance system from data collection, data analysis, intelligent decision-making to visual presentation. The platform realizes automation and intelligent operation and maintenance in complex business scenarios. This paper is programmed to implement intelligent monitoring module, which makes up for the deficiency of traditional operation and maintenance on intelligent monitoring and analysis. It has practical significance for advancing the landing of AIOps intelligent operation. |
