National standards recommend that physiotherapists working in public and private health care receive clinical supervision for the purpose of maintaining a high quality of care. However, currently the practice of clinical supervision is not effective for the majority of physiotherapists. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the evidence-based clinical supervision training program, using the RE-AIM framework, across a physiotherapy department at a publicly funded health organisation. |
