Popis: It was demonstrated that thiophosphamide can be determined in aqueous solutions by cathodic stripping voltammetry at a silver electrode. The determination conditions were found. The detection limit for thiophosphamide in the Britton buffer solution (pH 11.2) was 5 × 10–4M (relative standard deviation 5%), and the upper boundary of the analytical range was 3 × 10–3M (relative standard deviation 1.5%) for a time of electroaccumulation of 5 min.
