Popis: | A vertically aligned carbon nanotubes based impedance biosensor has been used to facilitate and sense the electromagnetic stimulation of 7dbm intensity and 940MHz frequency on the QUDB cancer cells. A mechanism based on the accumulation of charge on the tips of CNT's and interacting the charge to cellular cytoplasm has been suggested. Effect of the CNT growth catalyst (Ni) has been studied alone with the same stimulation and no destructive effect was seen. With CNT's however, a significant loss of vitality and morphological conformity was resulted. |
