Labour Law is a legal area which is constantly subject to a process of change, due to the intervention of different factors, such as, inter alia, economic, political, sociological and environmental factors, which have an immediate impact on labour relations, being one of the sectors of the legal system which, by its very nature, is most exposed to the influence of technological changes. In fact, the profound changes registered in recent years in the way of working and in the means of providing services, bringing supply and demand into contact, are increasingly challenging the Law. And also, of course, the Labour Law. It is in this context that the Green Paper on the Future of Work 2021 appears, which addresses several issues. However, in this article we intend to analyse only some aspects related to work done through digital platforms. |
