Popis:	– This paper presents a new concept of the operating speed and speed limit analysis, using analytical models and empirical research. Also, the analysis of operating speeds as a function of different hourly volume classes was conducted. This method represents the basis for improvement of the operating speed models and a tool for analytical determination of the speed limit credibility.
