Popis:	Background: Amoebic liver abscess may be single or multiple. It is mostly seen in tropical areas. Aims: Amoebic liver abscess may rupture into pleura, pericardium, peritoneum, etc but extension or metastasis to the CNS is extremely rare. That is what makes this case a rare one and worthy of sharing.
