Popis: | With rapid growth of civilian, defense and biomedical demands, millimeter-wave technology and systems have experienced fast advances in recent years. For automotive radar applications, the grounded coplanar waveguide (GCPW) is used for routing and interconnects. In this paper we present modeling, simulation and laboratory measurement of GCPW in the E-band. We emphasize on two-port measurements using a single frequency-extender. Some post-processing steps are studied to extract errors introduced by additional connectors in the system. The re-calibration procedure reported here works for both one-port and two-port devices. |
