The subject of the graduate qualification work is âProvision of a Russian company competitiveness in the international marketâ. The given work is devoted to the development of methods for increasing the competitiveness of PJSC âRosneft Oil Companyâ in the international oil market. In the process of this research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Determination of the essence and content of the company's competitiveness; 2. Study of methodological approaches to assessing and improving competitiveness; 3. Research of the world oil market and current trends; 4. Analysis of the organizational characteristics and efficiency of the financial and economic activities of âRosneft Oil Companyâ; 5. Evaluation of the company's marketing activities; 6. Research of Rosneft's competitiveness in the Russian and international markets; 7. Determination of methods for increasing the competitiveness of âRosneftâ in the global oil market. In the course of the work, the organizational structure of the company, financial and production results were considered. An analysis was also made of the external and internal environment, marketing activities and competitiveness of âRosneft Oil Companyâ in the Russian and world oil markets. The result of the work was the development for PJSC âRosneft Oil Companyâ of a strategy to increase competitiveness in the international oil market. |
