The subject of the graduate qualification work test equipment for testing PCB. The given work presents a variant of the implementation of the test equipment and a methodology for testing PCB. The relevance of the work consists in the development of equipment for automated verification of individual contacts and PCB assemblies in order to increase the debugging speed of large board deliveries. During the analysis of the requirements of the task, the PCB units to be tested determined. Based on the analysis, the components of the bench were determined. The PCB have been developed in Altium Designer. The result of the work is a stand that includes the rigid-flex PCB with FMC connector, cross-board with VPX connector and allows you to test PCB. |
