Popis: | A small and medium enterprise using ERP system as an example, this paper analyzes its business processes to reengine critical business processes more likely to have errors for the necessity and urgency of process reengineering. The use of AHP identifies weights of evaluation indexes determining whether the critical business processes are error-prone and using the improved flow prioritization matrix method prioritizes business processes. Select the first five business processes as the critical business processes, and choose the first two critical business processes as examples to reengine with the cause-effect analysis method. |
