Popis: | In this paper a new approximation is presented for the nonlinear relationship between the input-current and the output-current of an NMOSFET current-mirror. Using this approximation closed-form expressions are obtained for the amplitudes of the harmonics and intermodulation components of the output current resulting from an incident electromagnetic interference (EMI). Comparison between calculated and simulated results is included. The results obtained show that the amplitudes of the harmonic and intermodulation components increase with the increase in the channel length modulation parameter. |
