Internal conversion coefficient of 14.4 keV Fe57 transition

Popis: The ratio of the 14-kev K x-ray intensity to the 14-kev gamma -ray intensity was measured with both an argon-methane proportional counter and a NaI scintillation crystal. Conversion coefficients were also obtained. The K-shell internal conversion coefficient, and the total conversion coefficient were determined to be 8.44 plus or minus 0.5 and 9.51 plus or minus 0.5, respectively. (D.C.W.)
