| Popis: | In the modern world, the degree of influence of management on the final results of the functioning and development of economy and society is constantly increasing. This fact gives rise to the need to formulate a methodology for assessing the actual result of management. Since any socio-economic system can be represented as a set of its elements, it is possible to single out a separate management subsystem that is dynamic. The purpose of this article is to study the laws governing the construction of a management subsystem and formulating a methodology for estimating the actual result of its operation. The knowledge of the laws governing management will help its employees to approach their problems scientifically, taking into account their place in the chain of interdependent phenomena and processes of real life. According to the results of the study, it was determined that an evaluation of the results of management in the socio-economic system can be objectively carried out taking into account the definition of the influence of management on the formation of production results, ensuring efficient resource use. This concept was realized in the International Research and Education Center of Peter the Great St. Petersburg polytechnic university and is is determined by means of the concept of “Total Worker”, introduced and considered in detail at the conclusion of this article. |
