Popis: | The structure of barium-rich oxides of the Ba-Bi-O system was studied with the transmission electron spectroscopy (TEM) and electron diffraction techniques. The results show that TEM cannot reveal the presence of an ordered state in a material composed of irregular intergrown crystallites, if their sizes are less than several nanometers. |
