The globulin of calf thymus nuclei and the in vitro incorporation of [14C]adenosinetriphosphate into globulin-RNA

Popis:	Investigation of the globulin fraction of isolated thymus nuclei has shown that the globulin contains RNA and is a polydisperse ribonucleoprotein complex. The globulin fraction is able to incorporate [8-14C]ATP into its RNA moiety. Partial fractionation of the globulin reveals that the fractions have different rates of [14C]ATP incorporation.
