Popis: | Transtrochanteric anterior rotaional osteotomy was performed on 7hips in 7 patients with steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Bipolar endoprosthesis arthroplasty was performed on 3 hips and collapse was progressive in 1 hip after osteotomy. In steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head, since it is difficuls to determine the width of hecrotic lesion the often resulting in the misjudgment of the indication for osteotomy.Steroid induced osteoporosis and reduced repair ability for osteonecrosis. In addition, continuous dose of steroid after osteotomy induced reccurent necrosis. These reasons cause postosteotomy conditions to worsen. |
