Popis: | The nanocarriers are designed to deliver the bioactive into nucleus which is considered as the final target for various therapeutics agents to treat various disorders including cancers. In last decades, these nanocarrier systems have been focused to deliver the bioactive to cancer cells, but rarely for targeting nuclei which has been challenging. Nuclear-targeted drug delivery systems may be more efficient to kill cancerous cells, thus, it is a hopeful strategy in the treatment of cancer. Nanocarriers loaded with anticancer drugs, peptides, proteins, or nucleic acids entered into cancerous cells via various endocytic pathways which include clathrin mediated endocytosis, clathrin independent endocytosis, and caveolin mediated endocytosis as a major pathways. The deliveries of such systems are based on interactions of drug carriers with multivalent ligand with cells. In this review, we try to compile recent advances of the drug delivery for nucleus targeting and different endocytosis pathway utilized for the nucleus drug delivery. |
