Popis: | In order to eliminate the impact of maritime accidents such as oil-gas leaks, a 3D numerical simulation is carried out to examine, in a first approach, the applicability of the DIFIS system. The flow of oil and methane from the leaking point is channeled along with sea water, through a long riser tube to the sea surface, forming a three-phase buoyancy driven flow. The simulation is carried out for the area near the leaking point before the system positioning and for the first 10m of the riser tube which is positioned 2m above the leaking point in order to collect the mixture before the breakup of the leaking jet. Methane dissolution is taken into account as well as the non-ideal gas behavior of methane. |
