INFLUENCE OF THE COURSE OF PREGNANCY WITH A COMBINATION OF INTRAUTERINE INFECTION AND FETAL GROWTH RETARDATION ON PERINATAL OUTCOMES

Popis: Summary. Purpose of the study. To study the influence of the course of pregnancy and perinatal outcomes in the case of a combination of intrauterine infection (IUI) and fetal growth retardation (FGR). Materials and methods. The outcomes of childbirth in 157 women who gave birth in the City Clinical Perinatal Center of the city of Omsk were analyzed. All pregnant women with IGR were divided into 2 groups, depending on the presence of signs of intrauterine infection: the main group included 33 pregnant women who gave birth to newborns with a diagnosis of IGR and IUI, the comparison group - 124 women who gave birth to babies with signs of IGR, but without manifestations VUI. Results. Most often during pregnancy, acute respiratory infections (39.4%), urinary tract infections (15.1%), bacterial vaginitis (45.4%) were observed in the main group, which was significantly more than in the comparison group (19, 3%; p = 0.003).
