Calculation of Magnetic Field Azimuthal Distribution of the Pipeline with Defect

Popis: The mathematical model is developed and characteristics of magnetic field spatial distribution for a ferromagnetic pipeline with defects of cut- or nipple-type are calculated. Azimuthal dependencies of magnetic field anomalies, caused by defects with respect to different orientations of a primary magnetic field, are plotted. Popular magnetic defect detection methods are analyzed and the new one is described.
