Popis:	The present paper summarizes results of cytogenetic study of 679 chorionic samples from miscarriages following natural conception and assisted reproductive technologies. Frequency and spectrum of karyotype pathology and its correlation with maternal age and term of gestation are analyzed. The results are compared and discussed with relevant other studies
