Popis:	Objective: to carry out an analysis of literature data in order to identify the clinical features of the common endocrinopathies in the elderly from pathophysiological positions, which will facilitate their timely recognition. Conclusion. 1. The given data of literature review on the basis of pathophysiology and peculiarities of clinical manifestations of diseases of the endocrine system in the elderly with the inherent polymorbidity should be taken into account when conducting medical and preventive measures. 2. The modification of diet, lifestyle, and rational therapy with hormonal agents and sufficient physical activity will ensure the ability of a person to function in society according to his endocrine status and take a charge out of life in the elderly age.
