Popis:	The widespread interest in the intermetallic compound Ni3Al and a number of related L12 superalloys stems from their promising mechanical properties at high temperatures due to an anomalous increase of the yield stress below ~1100 K. A discovery of a ductilization of Ni3Al by microalloying with boron stimulated a considerable progress in the studies of those originally extremely brittle materials1.
