Topic of the final qualification work: "he technological process of manu-facturing small-sized twist drills and their recovery after wear".This work was devoted to the development of a technological process for therestoration and hardening of the protective coating of the cutting part of the drillsafter wear. Tasks that were solved during the study:1. Studying ways to restore the cutting part of the tool.2. Identification of the most suitable way to restore the tool in a productionenvironment.3. Development of technology for the restoration of the drill.4. Design of equipment for the implementation of recovery technology.The project is dedicated to the creation of a technology for restoring andstrengthening the cutting properties of the tool. To achieve the goals, it was necessary to compare, identify the advantages and disadvantages of many methods forhardening the cutting tool after wear, and determine the optimal method. It was alsonecessary to select the electrolyte, its composition, and modes, in accordance withthe properties of the material processed by the drill. A route technological processwas developed, as well as a galvanic installation was designed for coating. |
