Popis:	The structures of isopropyloxirane (IO) oligomer prepared with a cationic initiator and poly-IO prepared by coordination polymerization were investigated by 13C n.m.r. spectroscopy. The spectra are consistent with non-rearranged polymeric structural units. This is related to the nature of the bridged propagating oxonium ion intermediate in the cationic oligomerization.
