Popis: | The pathological modelling of active devices is very useful in performing symbolic analysis. To obtain more accurate symbolic equations rather than ideal approximations, the construction of non-ideal active device models using mirror cells is investigated in this article. Three popular active devices are illustrated, and an attempt is made to obtain more simplified versions to achieve higher analysed efficiency of symbolic analysis. Two practical circuit examples are given to demonstrate the feasibility of the presented models of non-ideal active devices. |
