Popis:	Comparisons were made between 4 methods of sampling beneficial arthropod populations in cotton in the Delta Area of Mississippi. One of the methods, an area sampler, was used as a standard for comparing the efficiency of the other methods. All methods had similar population trends although variation did occur between methods. The data indicate that the 2 less time-consuming methods (sweep net and D-Vac) can be used to determine population fluctuations and these data can be adjusted to more absolute values for quantitative use.
