Popis: | The methods of x-ray structural phase analysis and microstructural examination have been used for plotting tentative phase diagrams of the ternary systems Ti-Zr-C and Ti-Hf-C. A slight break was found in the solubility of the ZrC-TiC CSSS, but the HfC-TiC CSSS was confirmed. |
