Popis:	This paper describes the design and synthesis of water soluble forskolin and some of its novel 2-hydroxyl acyl derivatives (A and B) based on the approach adopted by Bundgaard el al. using a number of 3-or 4-substituted amino benzoate esters. I lowever, these compounds do not show in vivo activity.
