Popis: | The word “ankylosis” is derived from a Greek word meaning “Stiff.” Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) ankylosis is the bony or fibrous union of the joint and its components. The characteristic feature is the limitation in mouth opening. It affects the speck, mastication, facial growth, and appearance. The article describes a case report on severe bony ankylosis TMJ ankylosis secondary to trauma. |
