Popis: in this work, basing on a comparative analysis of a carbon nanotube thermal conductivity carried by excitation of acoustic phonons in it, the Cauchy similarity number analogue is introduced, which makes possible to carry out preliminary qualitative-theoretical analysis of nanosystems, where definitive criteria are affected by dimensional effect. This allows one to properly organize the setting of an experiment and to carry out preliminary results processing which brings the practical value.
