| Popis: | Six new species of soft corals from the family Alcyoniidae are described: Sinularia jasminae sp . nov., S. pamlekari sp. nov., S. kavarauiensis sp. nov., S. gaveslwniae sp. nov., Lobophytum tecticum sp. nov. and Sarcophyton spinospiculatum sp. nov. The material was collected by the Indian National Institute of Oceanography from Kavaratti Island in the Laccadive Archipelago. |
