Popis: This paper presents the results of an investigation of a static Fourier spectrometer (SFS) based on two Wollaston prisms. The optical layout of the spectrometer does not contain the Fourier objective and cylindrical lens that are usual for an SFS, and this makes it possible to minimize the spectrometric part of the device: 12.1 mm along the optical axis when the pupil size is 13×13 mm. The actual working spectral range in this case covers the 400-800-nm region when the half-width of the apparatus function is 2.45 nm, obtained experimentally at a wavelength of 435.84 nm.
