Popis: We demonstrate a high speed method to analyze the impact of self-quenching on fluorescence lifetimes in individual cells by phase-sensitive flow cytometry, using a model system consisting of FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate) labeled antimouse Thy 1.2 antibodies bound to murine thymus cells.
