Popis: 1. Slabs of alloy 1440 after aging by both schedules are better than slabs of alloy 1163 with respect to low-cycle fatigue by 20–50%, and also with respect to fatigue crack growth rate with low stress intensity factors. 2. Alloy 1440 with reduced density and high stiffness exhibits a set of strength properties and reliability characteristics which make it possible to use it for heavy-duty structural elements instead of alloys D16ch and 1163 in both the artificially and naturally aged conditions.
