Popis: | Phase and timc delay estimalion is an important method to analyze functional and pathological processes of the visual system. A new approach is introduced to calculate time delays of the visual system based on a state observer. The state variable of the observer presents the phase of the steady-state visual evoked potential (VEP). Comparing the output of the observer with real VEP data, the error signal is minimum variance phase phase estimate. From this, time delay can easily be derived under consideration of the stimulation frequency. |
