| Popis: | Resumo: O presente artigo analisa as considerações feitas pelas ONGs Yesh Din, B’Tselem e Human Rights Watch, entre 2020 e 2021, acerca da manutenção de um regime de apartheid na Palestina/Israel. Embora tal abordagem não seja nova, o posicionamento dessas ONGs foi feito em um momento no qual, face a novos acontecimentos, tem-se difundido o uso dessa tipificação do direito internacional para interpretar a situação. Após breve introdução conceitual e da Questão Palestina, são apresentadas de modo sintético as principais considerações dessas entidades para, na sequência, compará-las entre si, com outras relatorias e com bibliografia especializada, especialmente, Ran Greenstein, Oren Yiftachel e Anthony Löwstedt. Apesar de divergências, relatórios e acadêmicos convergem quanto à manutenção de um regime de apartheid na região. Apartheid en Palestina/Israel: revisión crítica y comparativa de las consideraciones de Yesh Din, B’Tselem y Human Rights Watch Resumen: Este artículo analiza las consideraciones realizadas por las ONG Yesh Din, B’Tselem y Human Rights Watch, entre 2020 y 2021, sobre el mantenimiento de un régimen de apartheid en Palestina/Israel. Si bien este enfoque no es nuevo, el posicionamiento de estas ONG se realizó en un momento en que, ante nuevos acontecimientos, se ha generalizado el uso de esta clasificación del derecho internacional para interpretar la situación. Luego de una breve introducción conceptual y de la Cuestión Palestina, se presentan de manera sintética las principales consideraciones de estas entidades, con el fin de compararlas entre sí, con otros informes y con bibliografía especializada, en especial Ran Greenstein, Oren Yiftachel y Anthony Löwstedt. A pesar de las divergencias, informes y académicos convergen en el mantenimiento de un régimen de apartheid en la región. Palabras llave: Territorios Palestinos Ocupados. Israel. Derechos humanos. Apartheid in Palestine/Israel: critical and comparative review of considerations by Yesh Din, B’Tselem and Human Rights Watch Abstract: This article analyzes the considerations made by the NGOs Yesh Din, B’Tselem and Human Rights Watch, between 2020 and 2021, about the maintenance of an apartheid regime in Palestine/Israel. Although this approach is not new, the positioning of these NGOs was made at a time when, in the face of new events, the use of this classification of international law to interpret the situation has become widespread. After a brief conceptual introduction and of the Palestine Question, the main considerations of these entities are presented in a synthetic way, in order to compare them with each other, with other reports and with specialized bibliography, especially Ran Greenstein, Oren Yiftachel and Anthony Löwstedt.
