2 Case of Hematomyelia

Popis:	We report two cases of hematomyelia. Both patients developed rapidly progressing paralysis. Spinal MR imaging showed characteristic hematomas with massive peripheral edema. We carefully resected the hematomas in both cases. There was no evidence of angioma observed in either case. The patients showed gradual improvement of their neurological symptoms.
